The most important thing about Telenor in 2026 is not a package. It is that Telenor now sits inside the PTCL and Ufone group, and Telenor, Ufone and PTCL numbers share a single on-net calling pool.
In plain terms, the minutes in your Telenor bundle now cover calls to Telenor numbers, Ufone numbers and PTCL landlines without off-net charges. That quietly makes every Telenor package worth more than its headline minute count suggests, because those minutes reach across the widest unified calling footprint in the country.
If most of your family and colleagues are spread across those three, this changes the maths considerably in Telenor's favour.
The codes worth saving
Balance: *444# Remaining data: *999# Remaining minutes: *222# Remaining SMS: *111# Balance save: *7799# SIM Lagao offer: *2222# Helpline: 345
Telenor splits its usage checks across separate codes rather than bundling them into one, which is mildly annoying but easy once saved. Balance checking carries a small charge, as on most networks.
*7799# is the one worth understanding. It prevents data being deducted from your main balance when a bundle runs out, which is how people lose a hundred rupees without noticing.
Note that the old brand names are gone. Djuice and Talkshawk have both been discontinued, so any guide still referencing them is out of date.
Daily packages
Telenor's daily range leans toward voice, which reflects its subscriber base. The Full Day Offer gives unlimited on-net calling, now spanning all three group networks, with a modest data and WhatsApp allowance. The Good Time Offer provides a couple of hours of unlimited on-net calls with some Facebook data.
On the data side there are night bundles, daytime off-peak bundles, a daily YouTube pack and a very cheap social pack covering Facebook and WhatsApp only.
The unlimited on-net daily offers are genuinely strong value now that on-net includes Ufone and PTCL. That was a much narrower proposition a year ago.
Weekly packages and the EasyCard range
EasyCard is the backbone of Telenor's line-up and the reason most people stay on the network.
The Weekly EasyCard bundles a large pool of on-net minutes, a smaller allowance of off-net minutes, a data allowance and generous SMS across seven days. The Weekly EasyCard Max increases the minutes and the data for a higher price.
The value here rests entirely on that on-net pool now covering three networks. Compare a Telenor weekly card against a rival's weekly bundle on minutes alone and Telenor looks ordinary. Factor in who you actually call, and if a good share of them are on Ufone or use PTCL landlines, it looks considerably better.
Monthly packages
The Monthly EasyCard is the flagship. It combines a large on-net minute pool shared across Telenor, Ufone and PTCL, some off-net minutes, a data allowance and SMS across thirty days.
Telenor also runs app-exclusive monthly bundles with larger data allowances that do not appear in the USSD menu at all. If data matters more to you than calling, open the My Telenor app and look there before subscribing to anything through *345#, because the app-only options are frequently better value.
Checking your balance and usage
*444# for rupees, *999# for data, *222# for minutes, *111# for SMS. The app consolidates all four onto one screen, which is the sensible way to do it.
Coverage and SIM housekeeping
Two practical checks before you commit to any network.
Coverage first. Telenor's footprint is solid in most populated areas but varies locally, and since Ufone is now in the same group it is worth looking at both. DB Center's Telenor tower map and the Ufone tower map show tower positions by area, which tells you more than any coverage claim.
Second, check what is already registered in your name. Pakistan limits how many SIMs one CNIC can hold, and hitting that ceiling means a new connection is refused at the counter. Text your CNIC to 668 for the count. DB Center is Pakistan's No 1 SIM and CNIC details checker, so if you also want to confirm the card itself is active rather than expired, the identity search side of the platform covers that, free and without a login. Should the site not load, a free VPN such as Proton VPN or Windscribe resolves it.
The short of it
The merger is the story. Telenor minutes now reach Telenor, Ufone and PTCL as on-net, which makes the EasyCard range better value than the headline numbers imply. Save *444# and *999#, check the app for monthly bundles that never appear in the USSD menu, and turn on balance save with *7799# before you forget.
